received new cores for both couches I will post pictures of what was originaly in couches and the new stuffing A BIG IMPROVEMENT IN THE CORES BUT I had to pay to have them installed even though they were still under factory warrenty. In my opinion this is not a good way to do business. I had to fight tooth and nail just to get this far.

I GOT A CALL FROM CARDI'S FURNITURE WHERE I bought these LEATHER ITALIA PRODUCTS. The girl from there told me the people would only replace the material needed to fix my couches,and that I would have to pay someone to do the repair. The rep Phil from leather italia seemed to try to get the problem resolved as best I could tell.However that company does not in my opinion stand behind their product.At least not this product. The warrentee states two years on foam cushioning 5 years on seating system It does not say they will send you the parts and you have to pay someone to fix it. This is totally unreasonable.I wish I could post pictures of this product so everyone could see.i BOUGHT THESE ON JULY 31 2008 AND ONE WAS REPLACED ON Feb 28 2009 So I am nt over the warrentee period
