How can I keep last nights bottle of champagne fresh, as the cork will not fit back in the bottle.?
"You will need a pressure wine stopper made for Champagne bottle that has a spring lever to keep the bubbles from escaping...there is also a turn stopper that expands when you twist it after placing it in the bottle. You can get these at most local wine retailers."
