My father lived in Omaha area when he passed away this year. I however live in Stockton California. I called Braman mortuary the day after my father passed there staff was completely awesome totally helped me with everything that I needed & got my father quickly moved from the hospital. They were able to fax me all the paperwork that I needed to sign, we were having financial difficulties so they referred me to a lady at Douglas County general assistance she was able to help me get my father's cremation Done. my father's remains were shipped to me overnight for a reasonable rate everything was smooth and easy because of the helpful staff, Ryan Gray and everyone at Braman mortuary.. thank you guys ...read more

The only reason they recieved 1 star from me was because I could not give them less. I think that when you are reviewing a company there should be an option to give them 0 stars. I happen to be a former client of this poorly managed funeral home. Honestly I would not even take a stray dog there. They are the most disrespectful, unprofessional business in Omaha, NE. If I could give them zero stars, I would. This has been been the worst experience ever. They do not have any funeral directors on site, they don't pay the cemetary on your behalf, they don't even print programs. Further, they only take cashier's checks for payment; no credit cards. My aunt recently died and I have spent more time at this place than I have with other funerals before it. The staff has no idea what is going on. I would not use them to bury my cat. ...read more
