We bought our Jetta from this dealership and they have been nothing but nice. They had a very no nonsense approach to selling us a car that my husband and I appreciated and their salespeople and service people are all very kind. Every time that I have brought the car in for an oil change they have been very efficient and have also washed my car before they gave it back! Recently we hit a deer that was already laying in the middle of our lane and the deer went the entire way under the car while we were going 60mph. The car actually handled amazingly (which says tons about VW engineering) and all things considered didnt come out that bad. We took the car to Schworer to get repairs. It actually took a very long time to get the car fixed but that was on my claim's adjusters shoulders, not Schworer's. The service guy I was working with, Matt, was awesome and let me know what was going on even when my claims adjuster wouldnt even answer the phone. I searched for about 2 months for a car and came across Bigler Motors online. Wasn't sure I wanted to make the drive from Omaha to Lincoln just for a car. Boy am I glad I did. I looked at several cars the 1st time I went. There was even one they thought would work for my family size and my budget, but they had just got it in and hadn't had a chance to clean it. They offered to let my husband take a test drive, but didn't want my daughter or I to get in the dirty car. We ended up buying a different vehicle after several trips back to decide. They were careful to take into account my budget and the size of my family. They didn't want to put me in something too big just so they could sell a hgiher priced car. I ended up getting one within my price range (and less than bluebook value) and they gave me more for my trade-in than any other dealership was offering. I love Bigler Motors!! I went in July looking for a car and went to Bigler. I meet Dave Jackson and he was great he helped me find the car that was right for me! When I got home I thought I had a problem with the car so I called Dave and he had me bring the car back to the dealership and had it looked over and I was wrong I did not have a problem. I'm kinda disappointed with this dealer and will not recommend anyone of you to make a business with them. I bought a car from them few weeks ago. They gave me 1 month guarantee on engine and transmission of the car. However, my personal mechanic gave me a full list of problems and wanted me to fix them right away, else it could be life threatening. Just that none of the problems is related with the main engine and transmission. I thought I bought a car with "excellent condition", and then I have to spend nearly a thousand to fix it. I went to the one at 27th street and bought a japanese car for around 8000 dollars, they told me that everything was in excellent condition. However after I had taken my car to other two mechanics for full inspection, the mechanics told me that my car was basically a piece of junk which has to be fixed for another thousand dollars.
