I bought two samsung sch-u680 convoy phones. They have the verizon wireless logo on them and that is also what is displayed on the screen at turn-on. I can not get them activated with verizon, they speak that they can not program them. Is there a way around this issue, or will another carrier be able to turn them on? Every Saturday morning on my way to school (Shaw Divinity Sch) I want to hear some good gospel on the radio but all I hear is the advertisement from Purity. I called to get the free bottle and was informed I could only get it if I placed an order to for an automatic shipment @ 39.95 per month and if I did not do that I would not be able to get the free bottle. Further, I was informed that I could call and cancel the prescription anytime. Well what was not told to me was that after charging your credit card for the shipping and handling cost of $5.95 for the free bottle(which only consist of 16 pills) that instead of charging your card for the $39.95; the company pulls $124.80 from your bank card. no one ever informed me of that fact. When contact with the company, they refused to put the monies back into your account and they tell you "the order shipped out today!" My payments were scheduled every other Friday. On the Friday my payment was due, I started getting phone calls at 10:15 am. Evidently they open at 10. I am at work at this time, and if I had not got back in touch with them they started calling people that were my references. Next was when they called my work. I talked to the manager Crystal and she put in my chart that she was the only one to contact me since I had 3-4 other people calling right after the other.
