A rude male co-owner. He would not volunteer to wait on me. I was next in line. He asked me if I wanted to use the box I had. After I told him. I not answer him. He tried to use a new box for packing it. He lied and told me he forgot what had just said. He did not put much tape on the box. Asked him to put more tape. He refused to do it. He would drop me as a customer. To wait on other people. He was slow on waiting on other people. I had to ask him to continue to wait on me. He would not give me packing information slip. I had to ask him for it. He waited for a couple of minutes until he gave it to me. And got angry at me when i complained to him about poor service. The longer he waited on me. More angry he got. I told him I wanted a refund. He got angry at me and said he would get it. AFter asked him for a refund. He would not give it to me. I asked him again. He said he would give it tome. Told him he would not volunteer to do his work duties. And had to ask him to do his job ...read more
