I have been dealing with the Roanoke Chowan News Herald since June 2013 in regard to a estate legal ad. I paid the fee and the check was cashed and have received the worst service, customer service and courtesy ever. They are very unprofessional and unresponsive. I do not get callbacks or email responses and when you call the employee, Anna Phipps, is very "non-interested". The online ad had so many typos in it that it was ridiculous considering we typed it up in our submission. We have still yet to receive our avidavit stating we ran the ad for the courts and yet was told it was going out last week after I had to call to followup weeks after the last ad ran which means I probably would have never gotten it had I not called asking where it was. Today I was told the prior name I was given by Brenda, as a manager is no longer there since last month and there is no one in charge there.
