Adjustable Services definitely deserves my 5-Star rating. My AC unit stopped working last night and my indoor temperature climbed to a suffocating 84 degrees today. I called several of the 'big" HVAC companies until I found this company and was immediately impressed with their professionalism. When the tech arrived, he had my AC unit up and running within 15 minutes!!! Don't go to the high priced "big boys" on the Internet. This company will take care of you and won't charge you an arm and a leg. I am 63-years old and just want to say that it’s hard these days to find a company that really cares about their customers and who you can trust. I will definitely recommend them to my friends. REQUESTED TO HAVE A GAS LEAK CHECK AND WAS TOLD THE FEE WOULD BE $85. THE SERVICE MAN CAME OUT TO THE HOUSE AND DID A 15 MINUTE CHECK. FOUND THE LEAK WAS OUTSIDE ON GAS COMPANY EQUIPMENT. WHEN WE RECEIVED THE BILL THEY CHARGED $85 FOR A DIAGNOSTIC AND $96.80 FOR A "LEAK SEARCH FOR GAS SMELL." WHEN I CALLED TO ASK WHY WE WERE CHARGED TWICE I WAS TOLD BY THE SERVICE MANAGER THAT IT IS $85 FOR THE TRUCK TO COME OUT AND $96.80 FOR THE SEARCH. SO FOR LESS THAN A HALF HOUR AT OUR HOUSE WE WERE CHARGED $181 AND THEY DID NOT FIX ANYTHING. ...read more
