Exactly what we needed! We were buying a brand 'NEW' inventory home that was in the market for a while and got a good deal. But was a bit worried whether it has any issues and booked Starmark Inspections. Joe did a wonderful job and gave us a detailed report which the Builder used for his punch list and got them all corrected. We are happy to move into it. Great experience! The company did a great job of communicating what to expect, reminders of our appointment, and following up after the inspection. The inspector exceeded our expectations. He was very thorough and professional. We especially appreciated his explanations that made it easy for us (or should I say for the not-so-handyman wife) to understand.
