Would be nice if they would respond. Had an incident at their Juniper Terrace Apartments where a man who claimed to do maintenance work for them was arrested at the complex in the middle of the street. He had parked his car behind a unit and was hiding from the cops after beating his wife. Told the arresting officer that the reason he was hiding there was because he knew which apartments were empty because he worked doing maintenance. This happened almost two weeks ago and no response from the landlords as to what, if anything they were planning on doing. Thank goodness our neighbors were looking out for each other, we have kids and it makes us not want to live here anymore. We are activily looking for another place to live as well as some other folks in the complex due to the lack of response by management due to this incident. The car was left sitting behind a ladies building for 2 days because no one could contact the management to have it towed. Guess the alleged wife beater returned to pick it up.
