I had such a great experience at Rococo last weekend that I created this account just to share my story. It seems like people only post when they are unhappy but I wanted to share mt story. I went to Spokane and visited a couple of shops and just couldn't find anything I liked in my price range. One of the stores I went to told me I should cut a few people from my guest list so I'd have more money to spend on my dress! Really?!! I want ALL my friends and family there when I get married no matter what I'm wearing. The girl that helped me at Rococo was really nice and never pressured me to spend more than I wanted. She found a gorgeous dress that was well within my budget and I fell in love. She was super sweet to my great grandma and brought her tea and a pillow to put under her back. I went to Missoula with the intent to spend a few hundred dollars at The Buckle. I always look forward to my trip to that store, as it's one of my favorites. This experience was different and left me feeling as though I will shop somewhere else. I found a few men's shirts I wanted and one sales associate that I hunted down had helped me find the right size and then I went to the otherside to indulge in womens clothing and wanted to find jeans. I wear a size 25/35 and usually I have to ask them if they have any in the back so as I was looking for my size in the BKE's i saw a girl swift by me and I said "Excuse me, do you work here?" and her response was "yeah what's up?" That is almost insulting to me! When I come into a store to spend a few hundred dollars and I am asking for help and a response is "yeah what's up"? I asked her if she had any BKE's in my size and she told me to look in the front of the store? I was so irrated by this that I just grabbed my shirts and paid for them and left.
