Just as a customer of 10 plus years. Everyone doesn't have to be bubbly to run a fine business. I have always had excellent service and have great respect for someone who can keep a business as small as his in business for 32 years and going. There are many in the fire comunity who whould go no where else but maybe the factory itsself.
