I ate there once or twice a week, one day I used a coupon from our local radio station. I signed the coupon as they asked, they acted like I had made the coupon myself. About an hour later they called my place of work and asked if I paid for my meal. I have not been back since and do not plan to ever go back. There are so many things wrong with this office, it is difficult to figure out where to start. The only positive thing I have to say is that the nurses are very nice and friendly... There is no nurse or doctor on call after hours- not even an answering service- which is a big deal when they are the only pediatrician office within an hour. The staff at the window is highly unprofessional and very unfriendly. They never even say "Hello". I have insurance to see a DOCTOR, not a nurse practitioner. I've never even seen either doctor at all. When I asked a nurse, I was told the doctors are very rarely there. The building and everything in it is EXTREMELY outdated, including their methods of diagnosing and treating. I will never go back to that office again because the door was basically locked in my face by the-of all people- NURSE PRACTITIONER. I couldn't believe it. The card machine was down so I left to do grocery shopping and get cash back to stop back by and pay bill. I got there at 4:45 and drove by the building very slow to see if they were open. Everyone (staff) was standing at the window in the waiting room and even looked at me as I drove by. So I get my son out of the car and get up to the door, and it's locked. I actually look inside and everyone is gone except my son's nurse practitioner, who was walking away from the door and only about 10 feet away. She didnt even turn around. What if I hadn't already been there and my son really needed to be seen because he was so sick? That just showed me they don't care at all about the patients. I will NEVER go there again after being treated so badly. ...read more
