Ronnie Jones Construction in Caledonia, Ms is a train wreck of a company. As to why I shall start at the top. First off they are overpriced, charging a not inconsiderable amount more per mile for hauling than many other companies, though they compensate for this by agreeing to start most jobs immediately, quite likely because they fear you will do some research and find a less expensive, more reputable company to do business with. Second, the organization (for lack of a better word) has absolutely zero stability caused by the fact that it is run by people with zero stability. The titular owner of the company is an ill tempered, Low IQ lout who will fire drivers and operators on a whim in mid-job, seemingly, just to make himself feel better when he makes a bad decision(which is quite common). This of course leads to very unreliable work due to the fact that the more skilled workers either find other employment or wind up being fired in a fit by the boss.
