I thought the were not very friendly by not giving me the info that I needed. I was told a different story 4 different times about when my glasses would be in. On the first day I was told that my glasses would be in 7 days. Second visit I was told they would be in 7-10 days. 3 rd visit I was told 7 to 10 days not counting weekends. and call today I got that the lab had shipped them and that they should have them today or tomorrow. They had me choose my glasses after they dilated my eyes I could barely see what I was looking at. When I told them I needed tint in my glasses they did not even ask or show me what I was getting. After asking about the tint that I wanted my asnwer I recieved was I ordered you the darkest ones. They charged be for being a new patient when they are a new store in my area everyone that comes through that dooor is going to be a new pateint. which I was not told about either. ...read more
