Pierce City is a city in Lawrence County region of Missouri known for its 1901 lynching incident and May 2003 tornado season. Major attractions include Jolly Mill Park and Haskin's bridge. Jolly Mill Park is a privately supported recreational and historical park. The purpose of the Park is to restore and preserve the history of the Capps Creek valley for the enjoyment by the people who live in the area and for those who have an interest in the valley. The biggest schools here are Pierce City High School and Central Elementary school. One of the best places to visit when you are in Pierce City is Harold Bell Wright Museum. upon getting my puppy he was already missing half his fur, he wouldnt stop itching, and was obviously in a lot of pain. My vet had to prescribe antibiotics, front line, and allergy shampoo from the amount of fleas he had. Vernetta claimed to have no knowledge of this and it was not in the vet report. From the fleas he also got tape worm. the poor guy had worms all over his behind. My vet told me she must be running a puppy mill. My wife and I ate there on June 13 2010. staff was rude, and inattentive . food was bland, hamburger half cooked. tea had a rusty taste to it. burger and tots were extremely salty. We made it as far as the caseys store down the road, where we both had to go to the bathroom and up-chuck it.
