I rented a home that had a Castle Guard Security system alarm. I agreed to pay for the monitoring of the system. I should have known the company sucked because you had to have a landline phone in order to have the alaram monitored. I moved from the home, spoke to the female owner and she advised me to fax her a letter stating my move date. I lost the paper with the fax number, but I did pay the final bill and enclosed a letter stating the date I moved. They are still billing me even though I am no longer in the property. She said I still owe for the 2 months prior to receiving the letter. They weren't even monitoring the property! I contacted the BBB, and am waiting to hear back from them. ...read more
