I have never encountered two more Rude and Unprofessional staff then Amanda and Alyssa who have treated so poorly. Never have I had to talk to such mean women. Wait times from a half an hour to an hour on phone . Mark in charge of Management has done nothing to Amend this as promised. we have tried to use walgreens at 1401 maryland e. for a couple of years. we have found them to be quite incompitant.they continue to mess up every thing we have ever tried to get filled there. i do mean everything, the pharmacist manager even believes he can fill your meds as he see's fit and not as the doctor writes them. My wife and I are people of color maybe thats the problem, I don't know. What I do know is we gave them plenty of chances and they still can't get anything correct. I stopped to buy gas with my debit card and I saw some other white fellows using their card at the pump , but when I tried to use my card I couldn't , so I went inside the store and asked the lady (white lady ,few extra pounds) why my card is not working? she said my zipcode is not correct , I told her that I use my debit card regularly at the pumps , that i don't see any reason why it should not work here and she was very rude and I ended up given her my card and she swiped it inside the store before i could buy gas. I swiped my FuelPerk reward cards before filling the gas, and the reward worked as expected. However, at the end of filling, I noticed the pupm charged me $7.49 for car wash, whcih i have never authorized!
