DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY - Run far, far away. I made the mistake of renting through them and it all but ruined the evening. I booked a bus 2 months ahead of time and with no forewarning they sent me the wrong, much inferior bus! When I called the next day for an explanation the owner was rude and unapologetic, lecturing me on how much fun he says I had? A truly bizarre level of horrendous customer service. On top of this the guy over charged my credit card, and I had to file claim against the company to get it refunded. Yup. This was by far the worst experience with any company I have ever had! The owner is beyond rude and has no business ethics at all. He swears, and calls his customers names. He was unwilling to work with us for any reimbursment for our terrible experience and said he wouldn't even give our deposit back unless we deleted our reviews. He said we were undeserving of any refund and "I already lost your business, I might as well keep your money." His driver was just as bad, telling us to shut up because we are too loud, bringing us to wrong bars and getting lost and not caring that she was wasting the time we paid for. She threatended to leave us at the bar if we didn't walk the 4 blocks back to the bus. She lost the keys to the bus so we were stranded for over an hour. Some of the girls paid for a cab to get out of minneapolis. The driver was screaming at the bride to be. This company does not provide the service you pay for. We had the worst experience ever with this company and they weren't willing to do a thing to make it right. The driver was late, she brought us to the wrong bar, yelled at us that we were too loud, missed our exit for the second bar and took us 30min out of the way instead of just turning around at the next exit. She refused to drive us downtown and made 30 women in heels walk 4 blocks to the bar, she lost the keys and yelled at the bride to be when she got upset about it. We waited in a parking lot for an hour until a different bus company picked us up to bring us home. By the time we got back it was bar close and couldn't get served. The owner of the company called us immature and refused to give us any sort of refund and stated "I have already lost your business, I might as well keep your money." He also swore over the phone and blamed us for having a bad night because we didn't just go with what the driver wanted to do. Called them at 10pm the night of a snowstorm to reserve a cab for 7am the next morning to take me to Amtrak. They said no problem. When the cab hadn't come by 715am I called and they said they "were having difficulty meeting their reservations due to the weather." I asked why they didn't warn me this would happen and they said they didn't know. They couldn't predict 10hr ahead of time during a storm that was supposed to go on until the next day that this could cause problems?!
