The UPS staff at this location is great. I shipped 4 boxes with very fragile China, and they all got there in one piece. I will always go there to ship. I recommend this store to anyone. ...read more

IF YOU HAVE TO SEND A PACKAGE, DO NOT DO IT WITH THIS UPS STORE! I CALLED AND ASKED TO CANCEL A PACKAGE I HAD TAKEN IN ON SATURDAY. THE OWNER, RAJA, WAS EXTREMELY RUDE AND BELIGERANT OVER THE PHONE AND EVEN HUNG UP ON ME BEFORE I COULD EXPLAIN WHAT I NEEDED. HIS CLAIM LATER WAS THAT HE "HAD TOO MANY CUSTOMERS AT THE TIME" - AS IF THAT GAVE HIM THE RIGHT TO TREAT ME IN SUCH A SURLY AND DISGRACEFUL MANNER.\t\n\t\nIN RESPONSE TO THIS BEHAVIOR, I PROMPTLY DROVE TO THE LOCATION TO RECTIFY THE MATTER. WHEN I ARRIVED AT THE STORE TO REQUEST THAT MY SHIPMENT BE CANCELLED HE TOLD ME I HAD NOT SENT THE PACKAGE AT HIS STORE. LUCKILY THE EMPLOYEE WHO HELPED ME ON SATURDAY WAS THERE TO HELP ME AND RETURN MY PACKAGE TO ME.\t\n\t\nRAJA SEEMED TO FEEL THAT IGNORING MY NEEDS AS A PAYING CUSTOMER, HANGING UP ON ME, AND TALKING OVER ME WHEN I TRIED TO EXPLAIN MY SITTUATION, IS AN APPROPRIATE WAY TO CONDUCT BUISNESS. HE EVEN TAUNTED ME AND TOLD ME THERE WAS NO ONE I COULD REPORT HIM TO BECAUSE HE OWNS THE BUISNESS AND REPORTS TO NO ONE. WELL HE DOES REPORT TO SOMEONE AT THAT IS THE CUSTOMERS.\t\n\t\nDO NOT SHIP YOUR PACKAGE AT THIS STORE! IT IS CLEAR THAT HE DOES NOT VALUE HIS CUSTOMERS - AND SINCE THAT IS CLEARLY THE CASE - PERHAPS POTENTIAL CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT PATRONIZE HIS BUSINESS , AND SUPPORT ANOTHER BUSINESS WHO APPRECIATES THEIR CUSTOMERS AND PROVIDES CUSTOMER SERVICE COMMENSURATE TO THAT ATTITUDE. ...read more

Steve and Mark really take care of their customers needs, relieving us of trying to navigate the labyrinth of shipping protocols which can be very complicated, especially on international shipments, and claims (we have had only 1 claim and relied on Steve & Mark for clarity...we were reimbursed fully in a couple days). I don't know what we would do without them...There's simply no better shipping provider, and we've tried many! Very friendly, first name basis neighborhood service provider. ...read more

Save yourself the headache and potential monetary loss from misplaced packages and mail in the wrong boxes and go to a different location!! Trust me, it happens all the time there...The motley crew that they have assembled to match mail to box numbers must have been asleep at the switch when traning occured. Apparently if you have enough luck to stumble aXX backwards into the cash to buy a franchise, you don't need to pass a simple skills test. ...read more
