Any day now I expect the call announcing the arrival of my new (and first!) grandson (name to be announced when he makes his entrance). And yes, to you nay-sayers, floral design truly is an art. I am blessed with a gift to crawl inside the brain of my client (bride or otherwise) and 'nail' their vision, delivering beyond their expectations. Coupled with outrageous service and astute attention to detail, I am proud to say not once, in 15 years, have I been told, "Oh, that's not what I ordered!". The longer a company has been in service, the more likely they will provide great service.Make certain the company has the required commercial insurance coverage  and will provide you with a Certificate of Coverage, if you request to see it.Ask about the limousine company’s license and operating authority. Limousine Companies operating with a license from the Minnesota Department of Transportation are regulated and the company should provide you with their MN or US Dot number. The number should also be posted on the company’s website and advertising materials. Never rent a limousine from a company that isn’t licensed. They are not a legally operating and regulated service. They won’t have properly screened drivers or insurance requirements. Minnesota requires that chauffeurs have a Medical DOT card and a clean criminal background and driving record.Don’t be afraid to ask for references. Excellent references from other consumers help you feel more comfortable with their level of service.Check to see if the company has affiliations with reputable organizations such as the Better Business Bureau, The National Limousine Association as well as their local Livery Association.
