I tried the food for the 1st time this winter, 2010. I They have decent ribs, but the "hotlinks", are not links @ all, just regular smoke sausage. Not bad food though. Also, the need a cook, "yesterday". I applied around three (3) weeks ago, and they still are supposedly, still taking applications. Hard to understand, when I personally went in, established rapport, asked about the job, filled out application the same day. Its' been three (3) weeks since. I was told politely, that if they have not called by now, needing a cook, "yesterday", since kitchen manager walked out the week before.
