I purchased a new boat trailer from them and it was nice to see both the owners--forster brothers--and even their retired father there working hard to make my purchase one of the best.The entire staff went out of their way to make sure my new trailer was adjusted correct for the boat and even checked the lights before I drove away.I would and will be back for all my boating needs thanks alot ...read more

I gave a gift of a cabin on big island, minnetonka and a boat from foster marine for a 3-day weekeknd. They arrived at Foster at 12:10--were told to come between 12:00--1:00. It took them until 3:40 to get the boat in the water. We had paid extra to have the boat hauled and dropped into the lake. Our complaints were met with complete disregard, haughtiness and arrogance. It took forever to get started because their computer crashed--not their faut they said, a number of unexpected people arrived slowing down service, not their fault they said, their delivery guy didn't show up so someone else took us out, who got lost twice and pulled over to call for directions--not their fault they said.
