School pictures were taken on October 2. Pictures were distributed to students on October 23 with the exception of my daughters photos/order. I called customer service and was told her order was not processed until October 22 and it would take two weeks to receive the photographs! The customer service rep said she didn't know why and didn't seem to care at all. She also stated for some reason that here were only 5 of them answering the phones which was rude. No answers, no apologies, no compensation for the error - nothing. Rude, rude, rude and poor customer service! ...read more

Almost every summer of my life was spent here. My great grandparents owned and operated for as long as I can remember. The lake is beautiful and swimming to the island was awsome.
