I was very happy with the service I had received from Marc, and his team. The deck, and lawn look great cant wait to see them in the Spring.
Very Disappointed Customer
M and M is very unprofessional. They do not communicate with you. I always had to text them several times and could barely get a hold of them by phone. Their voice mailbox was always full. I was not given any advice or customer service when issues arose. They damaged pl...ants and did not do work in a manner that they claim they have experience in. They walked off the job with no explanation that they were not going to fulfill the rest of the contract. They will not refund me half of the deposit I already paid them. I was was not treated with respect. They are very much lacking customer service skills. I would never recommend them.
