Midtown Hardware, Garden & Pool Center

The Garden center has potential, like most businesses in Lowell it has a very limited selection of merchandise. The place is somewhat messy and dumpy looking. The little hardware store is a bit overpriced and is good for a quick trip when you are repairing something and don't want to travel to a larger store.
