Took my CTS in for yet another battery. The battery is proprietary and can only be purchased from a Cadillac dealer. This is the third battery since I purchased the vehicle brand new, 7 years ago. It took 15 minutes before I was acknowledged, even though I had an app...ointment. It then took a hour for the battery to be changed out...$272 later I was on my way, but they didn't even reset my clock. Not impressed with their level of service.

Everything from the service end was great. Jason who worked with me was outstanding . My only complaint is from the lease part as I was told I would receive a $100 gift card for the test drive back in April 2014 and never received. I've been in numerous times to find ou...t what happened to it and no one seems to have an answer. It's not a lot of money but the principle of it .
