The city of Laingsburg, named after Dr. Peter Laing, a settler, is located in in Shiawassee County, Michigan, in the Owosso metro area. A major attraction is the Sprague School Museum and nearby R.E. Olds Transportation Museum, which features exhibits of Oldsmobiles, and other vehicles such as the REO, Star, Durant, Viking, buggies, bicycles and trucks.
