Had them out to snake main line and fix dripping sink. After they left had no hot water. Called to make sure they turned all water back on. They stated they did and told me blaming them for no hot water was like taking my car in for a tune up and complaining of a flat tire. Later discovered that I had no hot water because they didn't turn off water in laundry room. No hot water because water had been running for 3 hours!!!!!!!
