Metro by T-Mobile

I was having troubles with my phone a few months back....and the young woman behind the counter was kind enough to call her home office and fix it..they didn't even charge me to change my #. They've always been polite whenever I've had to go into the store!

of metro always having excuses. I paid 225 for new phone that stopped working in a week. Why is it so hard to replace it??? Why all the run around??? Im looking for another phone company! Its the same story sorry we dont have that \phone in stock...so funny this is the newest droid quit lyin to me!!

The store does not deserve a rating but you can't write a review without one. This rating is a MINUS 10.
The owner and her son and the other employees need customer service classes. They are just rude in this store. I have tried to order a phone for over a month with the same results: its on order but the order won't be in until the end of the week. But the end of the week never comes.
When ever I try to ask them questions re my phone they say look it up in your owners manual. If I had one I would.
Don't try to call them, they don't answer and there is no voice mail just store days and hours.
Be smart, buy your phones and accessories in Santa Rosa or online..Then you don't have to deal with the rudeness.
They can't tell you anything about the phones anyway. No phone knowledge. They are too busy playing and texting on there own phones or trying to flirt with the men customers.
