This is the worst Restaurant, they have very poor customer service, they act like they are doing you a favor by serving their food. I purchase a $20.00 order on Christmas Eve. The food was very very spicy. It was so spicy that My family could not eat and enjoy their meal. Now I am one who loves spicy food but this was as if they accidentally dropped a 1/2 box of red hot pepper on the food. I called the manager the day after Christmas to explain the issues I had with the food. They told me to bring the food back. I stopped pass the store to inform them that the only food I had left was what was left in the container, the rest of the food was scrapped off my family members plate into the trash. They proceeded to tell me that there food was not Spicy and basically I was lying. They refuse to give me my money back or replace the food, they stated they would give me $6.00. After doing research into the restaurant another posting stated they found a insect leg in their food.and NO resolution was done for that issue either. In having a conversation with them they don't care about your business. If you are in the Waldorf area do not make a mistake an eat at this Restaurant that you think is good because you will be surprised , if it does not meet your expectations. ...read more

My wife and I both generally love Red Lobster especially the quality of their food. The restaurant is always so busy we have recently begun using their carryout service. Unfortunately our experience with it hasn't been very good. First they often take forever to even answer their phone and then when they transfer you to the person taking carryout orders you often have to wait even longer. Their time estimates as to when you can expect your order to be ready for pickup are often off by as much as 20 minutes. In addition we have yet to pick up an order that was complete.
