Beware of their "Lifetime Engine Repair Agreement"... they pushed that as a selling point for me and later when I read all the fine print I found it states it will not cover a "vehicle more than 6 calendar years old", which this one is. They should not have used it as a selling point then!! A lot of other vehicles are also not covered as well as any with 100,000 miles on them. I emailed about this and the salesperson simply replied "you should be covered", which does not legally alter the contract. A few days later I found that the CD player did not work and emailed asking if they would fix it or not. After several emails to the salesperson who kept saying he would get back to me, no reply either way. Who carries a CD when they go to test drive a vehicle? had I known this at the outset they would have either fixed it or I would not have bought it.
