We went in with a good idea of what we wanted, and we got a great price. Scheduled it to be delivered on Tuesday. I was given a 3 hour window in the middle of the day, and when the mattress was delivered, it had a hole/rip down the side, so they took it back, saying they could deliver me a new one Wednesday or Thursday. On Wednesday they called to say they couldn't deliver the new one until Friday. So now I have to take time off work on 2 separate days, and I barely got an apology. This may be nit-picking, but with the amount of money we paid we could have put a sizeable downpayment on a new car, so I expect superior customer service. Bedding Barn in Cockeysville has been around for 40 years and there is little question as to why. Their sales staff is friendly, professional and most of all very respectful. Their drivers and installation crew are friendly and courteous and show up on time! These folks know customer service and their longevity is proof.
