McKenzie Brew House Inc

Our first visit was an excellent experience, their micro brewery beer was good even got to sample i liked the blk lab(dog) beer with the under tasting of coffee. licorice, and chocolate . i have had there shrimp with angel hair pasta, slightly spicey...the have a prime rib day and omg the taste that came out of that meat was unbelieveable.service could be better at times, some waitresses and waiters are very good, others though are far under par. still would like to go back on there prime rib night again

This is a great Brewery and the food is above average. It needs to work on the type of "talent/music" offered which fluctuates from wonderful soft rock bands and oldies music to obnoxious Karioke by some creepy middle-aged man who seems to prey on young girls at the bar called "Johnny Famous." He sings most of the time and he's terrible - the good Karioke customers won't come any more because he wants to be the star and he's like a circus announcer - tooooo loud. But the bartenders are nice, and they try hard to please. The music definitely needs work - at times tooooo loud, and toooo offensive (rap music with obscenities)....customers seen walking out. Work on it - don't wait too long. Thanks.

If you like loud music, heavy smoke so you can get lung cancer even if you don't smoke, and rude staff - this is the place for you. Nothing is any good here except for the beer, which you can get at Kildare's or Duffers with MUCH better food, atmosphere and appreciation of customers. Place is going downhill from family place and business group gathering place to catering to young, obnoxious, drink yourself blind crowd. You can hear 4 letter obscenities while you enjoy your food and brew at the bar - nice relaxing evening - can't even talk for loud music.....rap to boot!!!

In teh last two times I've been to McKenzie's I have suffered tongue and mouth lacerations from a shard of glass in one of their tasty brews. For my trouble I was given $20 off the tab. And on my second visit to McKenzie's my entire group, about 15 people total, were flagged and would not be served. Half of which were not even drinking, the other half were merely singing along with the band. A particular bartender seemed to have a vendetta against us. Needless to say this place lost 15 costumers, some of whol were regulars and held many get-togethers there.
