Don't order from here, unless you feel like walking in and being a babysitter on how they should do their job with your food and drinks. Three time in a row we come in by drive thru and they have messed up our orders. \t\n\t\n1st time, burgers rock hard so had to go in and get them re-done and on way home I kept having Hot chocolate being spilled on me while I drink it. I took lid off and the edge of cup looked like someone took a bite off it (no wonder).\t\n\t\n2nd time: I order a peppermint hot chocolate wait till it cools down, finally drink it after 1st sip I had to throw it away cause it was peppermint mocha coffee (im pregnant people) \t\n\t\n3rd and last time: we ordered our food.. burgers rock hard as usual, so my husband gives them back while we at the window so they can fix them. I open to check my drink, there is a hair in it. So I have to give that back to be fixed. she being a ditz asks what drink was it I had to tell her more than 3x, she repeats mocha?? I said I wanted a peppermint hot chocolate, she disrespectsfully says "its the same thing". I get my drink back, it's peppermint mocha coffee. we had to park the car and I had to walk in very angry. I told another lady my problem that works there (very sweet by the way) and she apologized right away and told me the lady who had her make the drinks told her that I wanted peppermint mocha and that she will fix my drink right now and I can even watch her make it. I smiled and said thank you for this and I left. I thought ok, bad night lack amount of employees, but after this 2nd and third time.. I will not be coming back here. I'm suprised there is'nt any lawsuits going on with them over there, Something that should've taken less than 5 mins in drive thru took 10 mins at the least to get my order right!!!
