Lack of Wifi Services, Lack of Taste

Rude Customer service by Management, Requested to have wifi problem corrected and was ignored. Food quality is mediocre but its sent into the facility in poor quality already paper thin Soy burgers processed in poor quality already by the manufacturer before delivery. Watch "Food Inc" to learn what your really eating. Russian Roulette of the food service. Its a good place for a quick bite if you don't mind knowing what your really eating :)

Where to start...

Management of this local establishment is horrible. As another customer has stated, the 2nd lane as caused more problems than helped. I'm sure it brings in more money, but at the cost of accuracy and customer service.

Management is not only disrespectful to customers (not as a whole, but there's a few in question) but even to their own employees. Shameful.

Poor Service

Mc Donald's in 29 Palms,Ca Has the worst service i've ever recieved any where !!!!! it toke 12 mins. for them to bring me my coffee,and there were 3 or more cars lined up behind me that ordered after me and i can't believe they brought the people behind me's food to them and i only ordered COFFEE, then the girls had the nerve to ask me if i could pull farther around and let the people behind me go by Something NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS BECAUSE IT'S GIVING MCDONALDS A BAD NAME. They NEVER get the order right

DON"T GO HERE! When I have the choice (and the time) I will drive to Yucca Valley McDonald's (which isn't much better). The service in 29 Palms is horrible. They recently put in a 2nd lane for drive thru orders and now they hardly ever get orders right. As an experiment, I went there each morning this week and ordered exactly the same breakfast. The 1st I received the correct order, but I was charged a little over a dollar OVER what it should have been. The other 4 days, I received the wrong orders every time. People going through the drive thru on weekdays generally don't have time to go in to get it corrected. When they DO go in for the correct order, they are treated like it's their own fault that the order was given out wrong. Management refuses to correct the problem and does not even offer an apology. If this was a larger city, this particular franchise would have been run out of business by the McDonald's that actually cares about their customers.

What happened to work ethic & customer service???

Unfortunately this is not a good review. There is a B rating for this restaurant auuugghhhh. and during a recent visit, the "kids" working there were having a good time blasting music while they were "working". What happened to work ethic and customer service?
