I have been dealing with STS in West Orange for over 10 years now, and can not say enough about their excellent and courteous service. Since I am a woman, it is hard to come by a trustworthy mechanic. I have never been dissatisfied with any service I have received from them, and they never steered me wrong. I would highly recommend their professional services!

Don't deal with Tom Carr

DO NOT ALLOW TOM CARR (THE ASSISTANT MANAGER) TO WRITE UP YOUR SERVICE REPORT. HE WILL NOT CALL YOU WITH AN ESTIMATE AND WHEN YOU CALL HIM TO FIND OUT WHEN YOUR CAR WILL BE READY AS WELL AS AN ESTIMATE, HE WILL STILL NOT HAVE THE INFO AND WILL THEN TELL YOU HE WILL CALL YOU BACK. THE PHONE CALL WILL COME MUCH LATER.MUCH LATER!
