This mattress has poor quality control, is sagging. Filled out form for someone to check same and mailed it several weeks ago. Still no answer. Very poor customer service from manufacturer. Sales person named Brenda very helpful am sure she no cloud with Serta . Very dissapointed and will never buy another Serta Mattress. This mattress is just a year old. gclements.
