TERRIBLE customer service
The manager at this store told me SEVERAL times that the mattress protector I bought (for $80) could be returned as long as it was unused. I took it out of the package to see if it completely enclosed the mattress, but did not use it. Later, the manager refused to take it back, saying that it was "used" because it was out of the package. In short, you can't trust what the people at this store tell you. I would never again buy a single thing from this store.
