Horrible. Bought a mattress and had it in my home for 5 minutes and when I tried to exchange it was told I had to pay a $150 disposal fee. This is ridiculous. Do not shop at a store with such inflexible policies. I was willing to exchange for a more expensive mattress but with the $150 fee on top of it this makes the pricing ridiculous. I will never shop at this store and recommend you all stay away.
