Maries Maid Service

HORRIBLE SERVICE, BAD PEOPLE SKILLS.

I have had to reschedule several appts with this company b/c they are no-shows and they have not showed up to one! They have an excuse and then reschedule, with confirmation the day before, to not show up again! They are not apologetic at all and hung up on me when I asked what they were going to do to make it up, considering I had rearranged my entire day for them to be here for the 4 hours I was scheduled for. These people are a joke. Pretty sure they take the jobs that pay more and put the others on the back burner.

I would NOT recommend this company unless you don't mind throwing away several days waiting for them to MAYBE show up. And who knows if their cleaning is any good. If it's anything like their customer service it would have to be, definitely NOT.

I am writing to thank you for all your hard work, especially over the holidays this year. I want you to know that all the little "extras" do not go un-noticed. We have had a cleaning service in the past but they were not as thorough as you are. It's so nice to have someone you can trust and feel good about having in your house while you're gone. I feel like we're friends and you've made it so comfortable for me to make special requests.
I can tell you truly love doing what you do and I want you to know that as long as you're offering this service, we're buying your service!
