Their work is horrible. We had a diamond that we want put into a setting with a design on the band. Our first visit Vicci couldn't even spend 10 minutes with us, she was answering calls and talking to other customers, so scatter brained. She ordered a band and head, when the diamond was put into a six prong head, only 2 of the prongs were even touching the diamond. The diamond was lopsided. I wanted a specific design on the band and it ended up looking like it had been dropped into a garbage disposal. Gary was extremely rude, fast talking. The couple are great scam artists together. Steer clear! I ended up taking my ring to another place to have it fixed.

Gary why are you such a jerk? Don't you care how you treat people? Take a
good look at yourself. Don't know how you sleep at night.
