Avoid the phone system
I have tried for 3 days to get a live person in the Bridel department. The Bridel department is an option on there phone system but it puts you into an endless loop. I am only trying to make an appointment because I live 3 hrs away from the Roseville store and that is were my wedding will be. I have even tried to conect to other departments were some answers the phone stating a 1 minute message of how they want to give you Outstanding service. At the end of listening to this prescripted waste of my time,,,the same person states "we dont work in that department you will have to call back. uggggggggg
