AWFUL customer service; THIEVES at BEST!
I wish there was an option for NO STARS. Store #641 - Macy's West Oaks Mall processed a FRADULENT transaction of almost $200.00 WITHOUT my debit card (not macy's card) or valid form of identification present. When I asked to speak to the LOSS PREVENTION manager, I was t...old that some sales clerks are in such a frenzy to get in sales that they will often forgo checking valid forms of identification. I countered this by asking how then could the transaction even take place without the card, as I live in the state of Delaware and have never been to texas. They refuse to look into the matter, will not return my calls, and will not rectify the situation. I WILL NEVER EVER EVER shop at macy's ever again
