I just want to share that ilovekickboxing in Quincy is an amazing place. The staffs are phenomenal - everyone is so friendly and supportive of your fitness journey. I used to feel unmotivated and down, but coming here for the last two months makes me feel so empowered and confident in myself. I freaking love it and I would recommend everyone to go. The place is also very clean. You can see that the instructors/staffs love their job and take it very seriously, they even come in on days they have off to take classes with you and immerse themselves in kickboxing. All the staffs there are quick to pick up on your names, welcomes you, and ready to coach you through moves that you have difficulty with. It is inspiring and motivational. It's a great place to get back into working out. I lost almost 13lbs in the past 2 months through taking classes and dieting. I am very proud of it and I can't recommend it enough! ...read more
