Pond St. to fill script . Greeted rudely by a tech named Deb. Not sure if she was having a bad day. I'd hate to think it was due to my ethnicity. Anyways after not being sure of my ins. coverage, (it has lasped sev. times before due to my husbands unemployment) and told her as much. This apparently upset her (?). After waiting 30 min she basically threw the copy at me, told me i had to go back to pharm. i went to before, and started being accusatory. According to her, i can use only one pharm? I had good reason for not using the same. She never asked me any questions or called my doc, which would have cleared up alot. She also started questioning other meds i've had filled (duh, and not her business) She treated me like a criminal and was quite nasty. My scripts are legit. She's not aware of all my physical ailments, nor was she sensitive of them. I've never been treated like that before and as long as Deb is employed, they have lost me as a customer.
