Feast or Famine

Finally some rain!  What was brown and crunchy now will turn green again.  It happens every year, no rain and the grass stops growing.  Lawns become dried up and cutting is not needed.  Customers call to say "skip this week".  Then it happens.....downpours, buckets of the much needed H2O!  All at once everyone needs their grass cut!  I'm not complaining by any means, it is just the way nature challenges us in the lawn care business.  I must end this lit... Partners

Rain

Wow what a dry spell here in Kent/Sussex county!  Guess it beats 20 inches of snow though.  This is a great time to concentrate on other areas of your property as mowing has been slowed (except those with sprinkler systems or who water regularly).  Beautifying your property with a landscape project is money well spent and adds a personal touch on the exterior of your home.  New rock, mulch, edging is a great mid-summer project to keep your home looking beautiful.  Giv...
