What a waste of valuable time. House was listed for one price, and shortly after I left the walk through and picked up the paperwork, the listing was raised $500. Effectively taking the property out of my price range. I see it as not only a bait and switch, but also as an application fee scam. I wouldn't want to be associated with any group that condoned this behavior.

Mr. Brown has to be the rudest, most unprofessional individual I have had to do business with. In the two years I have lived in a house he's managed he has dragged his feet to take care of matters concerning the home. He has raised his voice to me when I have asked him to repair broken areas of the home AND he advised the landlord not to replace old and worn carpeting. Meanwhile my son suffered from allergies and we spent $1000 in carpet cleaning bills. This past winter I emailed him about the heater in the house being broken and he didn't have anyone fix it until almost 3 weeks later.
