Sometimes you just have to rant...

There are days when I can commiserate with the lawyers in this world, my profession being the subject of so many jokes in poor taste. Many times I have told someone what I do, and I get one of these responses: "Can you 'crack me' right here?" or; "I have this pain... I wish you could just 'pop' this back into place!" or even worse; "Someone I know (or heard about) got 'cracked' by one of 'you people,' and (insert scary story here)." This is sort of a follow-up on my past posts mentioning stress. Not everyone is aware, or even comfortable with the idea that emotion can affect health. Research is proving a connection, however.
