Female driver
I've had the pleasure of using Lime Taxi on several occasions. There is one driver who sets herself apart from the others . Her name is Joyce. She is personable and a pleasure to ride with and always punctual. She is an excellent driver who takes the most direct rout...e and gets you to your destination on time every time. If you ever have the opportunity to use this Eco friendly service, I would highly recommend you ask for her by name. You won't be disappointed!!!
EVERYONE IS NICE, BUT THE OWNER...
I consider myself a very good judge of character....that being said...the drivers of this taxi company are great....very nice...willing to help you out...the know the area...clean...etc...However the owner of the company has to be on drugs!!!! Apparently sometimes he d...rives one of his own cabs...while drving he answers phone calls, directs other drivers....gets lost...looks like a homeless person....looks like he had no sleep...etc....last time i noticed that he had a lighter in his lap...i asked him if he smoked...he said abslutely not....if he doesn't smoke...what is he using a lighter for?? There are also web sites stating that his last business went under and he still owes former employees money...owes banks and lending resources money....one time in the cab the EZ pass didn't work..the driver said bluntly that it was because the owner didn't put money in the EZ pass account. The business apparently doesn't even have a checking account!All this I find very strange...so strange that I will not use them ever again.....
Poorly managed
What is the sense in calling a 24 hour taxi cab company and getting a voice mail? The voice mail states that your call will be returned at once....I'm still waiting!!!!!On another ocasion I was told that the cab would be at me in about 10-15 minutes....it took 45 mnute...s...when I called trying to find out what the delay was, the dispatcher sounded as if he was at a Yankee game and laughed at me when I said that I've been waiting over 30 minutes. He told me that he forgot and offered me a $3.00 discount !!!! It's cheaper if anyone and everyone call another cab company !!!!
Mismanaged
Great concept for a taxi service, but whoever is managing this company is doing a very poor job of it...often times out of the office, not answering phone calls, dispatching far too late...only a matter of time before the company goes under, unfortunately.
unfair business practices!
The owner of this company also owns GoMed medical transportation. He has neglected to pay his employees for over a month. Rather than pay them he would rather replace them, and keep the cycle going. Has been known to strand people at medical appointments. If this is what you're looking for then fire away, enjoy!
Great ride
I thought this taxi servie was on time cheap and overall a nice ride.
